Dating back to the 1940’s, two major manufacturers of timepieces collaborated in purchase of movements. The Triple Calendar was one of the complications that Vacheron Constantin bought from Jaeger-LeCoultre, hence similarly designed watches from both manufacturers can be witnessed during the 1940’s.
The present example is a Jaeger-LeCoultre Triple Calendar in pink gold from the 1940’s and is further presented in excellent overall condition with an attractive silvered dial with red retrograde date accents.
