When one witnesses the iconic “three gold bridges” on the dial of a wristwatch, it is immediately associated with the heritage of Girard Perregaux.
The present example, a model influenced by the traditional and prestigious history of the watch manufacturer is the attractive looking ref. 9987 in pink gold. Housed in the impressive yet iconic rectangular-shaped case is the cal. 9600S, an automatic 1-minute tourbillon movement. In a stroke of ingenuity, the rotor is superimposed to the mainspring barrel thus achieve perfect balance between the tourbillon at 6 o’clock and the mainspring/rotor combination at 12.
