The history of Girard-Perregaux harkens back to the late eighteenth century when young watchmaker Jean-François Bautte signed his first watch. Today, the brand has created a wide array of watches. The present watch is from the 2000s, featuring a three bridges tourbillon and minute repeating mechanism.
