• The De Beers “Starburst Diamonds 2000” Hourglass is a rare and luxurious decorative timepiece, created to celebrate the turn of the millennium. This exceptional object features a central hourglass encased in a gold-plated brass stand, supported by four pillars connecting circular caps. Within the hourglass, over 2,000 well-formed, clear octahedral rough diamonds, are suspended in a clear silicone fluid housed in an acrylic tube.
