這對鑽石耳環的靈感來自傳奇的月光奏鳴曲，是貝多芬為紀念他摯愛而創作的一首曲子。每邊的耳環以四顆鑽石為基礎，懸掛五行圓形的鑽石，每隔一小段就以較大顆的爪鑲鑽石點綴，就像樂譜上的音符。
