- It all began in 1888 when Carl Friedrich Bucherer opened a jewelry and watch shop in Lucerne, Switzerland. His name quickly became synonymous with quality and originality. By uniting watchmakers and artisans under one roof, Bucherer seamlessly blends the art of jewelry-making with exquisite watchmaking expertise.
- Fast forward to modern times, the present Archimedes Perpetual Calendar is a prime example of their craftsmanship from the 1990s. With a wearable 36mm size, the white gold case features beautifully fluted lugs that add visual depth, perfectly complementing the sophisticated perpetual calendar.
- Powered by the base ETA 2892A2 caliber, which was introduced between 1994 and 1996, it quickly established itself as a higher-end offering in the burgeoning chronometer and luxury automatic watch market of the 1990s and 2000s. Yet Bucherer took it to the next level by revamping it to their standard.
- Preserved in excellent condition with an attractively aged dial, this watch comes as a full set with its original accessories, making it a remarkable addition for any collector or enthusiast.
