Where creativity meets technical mastery, the CODE 11.59 by Audemars Piguet showcases a robust architecture infused with design elements inspired by the brand’s heritage. This contemporary piece is made in 50 pieces only for the Japanese market, featuring a striking blue sodalite dial that imparts remarkable depth to the watch. Additionally, the eight indexes—aside from the quarter markers—are adorned with baguette-cut diamonds, enhancing its luxurious appeal.
Housed in 18K white gold, this timepiece highlights a subtle interplay of geometry derived from the Royal Oak DNA, seamlessly transitioning from satin-brushing to polished chamfers. Notably, the typography of the numerals pays homage to the brand's 1951 minute repeater, the ref. 5528. Despite its design lineage from the 50s, the visual language of the CODE 11.59 remains timeless.
Combining elegance and sportiness, the arched profile of the double-curved crystal streamlines the overall architecture, representing a refined evolution from Audemars Piguet. Powered by the in-house caliber 4309, the movement boasts a 70-hour power reserve and omits a date display to allow the stunning sodalite dial to take center stage. This well-preserved example was recently serviced at Audemars Piguet in 2025, ready to go on a new adventure.
