- In response the quartz crisis of the late 1960s and early 1970s, Audemars Piguet released the Royal Oak wristwatch in 1972 as the world’s first stainless steel luxury sports watch with fully integrated bracelet. In 2005, Audemars Piguet introduced its first divers watch, the Royal Oak Offshore Scuba, the earliest precursor to the present reference 15720ST.
-Introduced in 2021, the Royal Oak Offshore Diver’s wristwatch is a new generation Offshore housing AP’s in-house caliber 4308 with 60-hour power reserve.
- The model features a redesigned méga tapisserie dial in khaki green with matching khaki green rubber strap, part of AP’s new interchangeable strap system. The dial is highlighted by pink gold applied hour markers and hands and a pink gold inner rotating dive bezel.
