When Audemars Piguet first introduced the Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar in black ceramic with its classic grande tapisserie dial in 2017, it created an immediate sensation within the watch community. The combination of a stealthy all-black aesthetic with the sophistication of a perpetual calendar complication was a bold and innovative move, setting it apart from anything else on the market.
In 2019, the brand elevated the concept further by releasing this openworked edition, reference 26585CE.OO.1225CE.01. Featuring a transparent dial with pink gold accents, it offers a mesmerizing view of the intricate in-house caliber 5135.
The present example, dating to circa 2019, is offered in like-new condition, with no signs of wear, and is accompanied by its full set of accessories.
