Colombian-born, Juan Pablo Montoya entered the world of motorsports at an early age encouraged by his father who taught him the basics of go-karting. He competed at the Formula One level until 2006, where he made the switch to compete in the NASCAR circuit. He remains one of only two racecar drivers, alongside Mario Andretti, to achieve victory in Formula One, the Indianapolis 500, and the 24 Hours of Daytona.
