於紐約土生土長的J.W.Charlton於1909年創位同名的美國珠寶公司，其後R.S.Robert加入成為合伙人，品牌改名為Charlton & Co.。二十年代其間，品牌除了紐約以外，於佛羅里達州棕櫚灘及法國巴黎的和平街都有分店，顧客之數目及等級可媲美當時任何一家高訂珠寶商。Charlton & Co.最受藏家歡迎的 絕對是其Art Deco作品，甚至因此獲得「美國卡地亞」的美譽，此圓形花藍別針就是絕佳的例子。
