    Raymond Yard opened his first salon on Fifth Avenue in 1922, which served many prominent families in New York. This ring, a wonderful example of his early work, is featured in the book Yard: The Life and Magnificent Jewelry of Raymond C. Yard, by  Natasha Kuzmanovic and David Rockefeller.
