The Halston Personal Archives: The Lesley Frowick Collection

Roy Halston Frowick was a groundbreaking American designer responsible for the defining aesthetic of the 1970s, whose legacy has only strengthened over time. Phillips is pleased to offer a rare glimpse into the objects with which Halston chose to surround himself as he created his iconic pieces, including illustrations by Halston himself, along with those of the lauded Joe Eula, photographs by Bill Cunningham and Helmut Newton, and works by artists such as Victor Hugo and Joan Miró, to benefit the Halston Archive Fashion Scholarship Initiative.
