LONDON – 15 OCTOBER 2020 – Phillips is pleased to announce WIRED, a contemporary-led online auction this October, marking the end of the Frieze month here in London. Comprised of circa 90 lots, WIRED will feature a number of leading lights of 20th Century & Contemporary art, with a strong representation of women artists. Tapping into current collecting trends, highlight works to feature in WIRED include an exceptional early still life by Nicolas Party, as well as exquisite works by Brian Calvin, Ida Ekblad, Marcus Jahmal, Shara Hughes, Nina Chanel Abney, Chloe Wise, and Ken Price. Leading the design section of this sale are exemplary pieces by Gio Ponti and Franz West, among others. This sale will be open for online bidding 28 October – 5 November 2020, and highlight lots will be exhibited in our Berkeley Square galleries 14 – 20 October.
