Paintings by Andy Warhol and James Rosenquist led the sale, with strong prices achieved for Carmen Herrera, Salvo, and Ernie Barnes. Our commitment to championing emerging talent shined through as we proudly introduced several new names to auction, including Naudline Pierre, whose BLT achieved more than double its estimate. On the heels of Phillips' second highest sale total in history, achieved last night, our Day Sale underscored confidence in the market. We saw a clear and constant demand for high quality works across collecting categories, with spirited bidding from our global community in the room, online and on our phone banks.”
