Parc de la Villette is the result of research into the culture of congestion.  The proposal consists of a subdivision in allotments based on programmatic layering.  The proximity of these allotments to one another allows for a dynamic coexistence, creating a social architecture wherein the success of the design is not limited to physical structure, but subject to social elements as well.
