Feng J found inspiration for this bangle on a trip to California, watching the flaming evening sun slowly falling into a canyon. She has captured the image, and the emotion it aroused, in this sculptural form, fluid, voluptuous and contemporary, in gold, electroplated, and hand-painted by Feng herself, with the finest of paintbrushes, in a colour to intensify the effect of a flaming sunset.
