Created by Mr. Conge from his original story "The Night Gamers," wherein the title characters living in a parallel universe 30 seconds ahead of our own, travel to our universe for the singular purpose of "gaming." Travelling in pairs, they gently pursue the object essential to their game: the human brain.
Think of the human brain as a kind of X Box and the memories, thoughts, and feelings contained therein as software, with which the night gamers will construct a game to play one another. Says Bob Conge: "As the challenge begins the heads of the two players appear to glow in shifting colors. And as the frenzy of the game increases so does the brightness of the flashing colors inside their heads, till the walls and ceilings of the room echo with the razzle-dazzle of a country fair on the fourth of July."
This marvelous story has been materially illustrated by one of the most outstanding examples of Toy Art to debut to date. The brilliantly fashioned and colored 8" tall figure has a head full of glass marbles beneath which are located colored lights, which are activated by motion-sensors.
