The present lot is from the Postisäästöpankki (Finnish Post Bank) designed for the office of the CEO, Teuvo Aura, whose initials T. A. adorn the door handles of the cabinet. Aura served twice as the Prime Minister of Finland, during the 1970s, and as Mayor of Helsinki between 1968-1979. For this project, Yrjö Rosola also executed monumental glass screens, which presently remain part of the building’s interior.
