  • Catalogue Essay

An almost purely sculptural form which brilliantly translates its name, Alberto Rosselli's "Moby Dick" lounge chair, like its namesake, has similarly eluded many collectors who have sought to own it. One of the rarest chair examples from its time period, the "Moby Dick," like the "Dondola," is a complete expression of design as art.
