Phillips New York at 432 Park Avenue.
Never mind the get-out-of-town crowd, summer in New York is the best time to explore the city from the comfort of the great indoors. And hey, technically you're still on island time. But two things make it even better: air-conditioning and art, and we've got both in droves at 432 Park Avenue.
Below, check out all that Phillips offers to the Empire City this summer. Check back here as more events are added throughout the summer.
Summer on Park
Install view of Alexandre Farto aka VHILS, Diminish Series #03, at 432 Park Avenue.
As part of Phillips’ Summer on Park programming, PhillipsX presents a dynamic selling exhibition featuring three visionary artists engaged in recent or upcoming collaborations with Phillips’ Dropshop. Showcasing works by Tom of Finland, Edgar Plans, and Alexandre Farto aka Vhils, the exhibition highlights practices that challenge conventions and explore themes of identity, community, and urban life. Together, these artists embody the power of art to inspire and disrupt across generations and cultures.

Printed with Marginal Editions in New York, the exclusive drop features two elaborate screenprints with over 30 colors and extensive hand coloring by the artist that make a strong statement individually or, together, form a vibrant diptych.
Phillips Staff Art Show 2025
Viewing: 20–28 August
If we're talking pound-for-pound impact, Richard Serra's moving company, the aptly-named Low Rate Movers, has just about any MFA program in the city beat. Its alumni network includes composers Phillip Glass and Steve Reich, artist Chuck Close, actor Spalding Gray, filmmaker Michael Snow, and, of course, Serra himself. All this preamble to say that artists and day jobs go together like Rousseau and the douanier's stamp, and you can come see our staff's work in August before we all hit the big time, presumably shortly thereafter. No heavy lifting required.
