CONTEMPORARY ART EVENING SALE DOUBLES OCTOBER 2014 TOTAL AND SELLS 100% BY LOT

LONDON – 14 OCTOBER 2015 – Phillips Contemporary Art Evening Sale totalled £31,502,000 / $47,883,040 / €41,897,660 selling 100% by lot.

“We are very pleased with tonight’s results,” said Peter Sumner, Head of the Contemporary Art, London. “We sold 100% of our lots to a broad array of buyers. The contemporary market remains a dynamic space with collectors actively engaged across multiple price points. Our international team worked hard to put together a sale that offered desirable works and we’re pleased that collectors reacted this evening with such an appetite.”
