    With effect from 16 May 2016, the Buyer’s Premium structure at Phillips auctions will be changed to 25% of the hammer price up to and including $200,000 (or £100,000); 20% of the portion of the hammer price above $200,000 (or £100,000) up to and including $3,000,000 (or £1,800,000); 12% of the portion of the hammer price above $3,000,000 (or £1,800,000).
